Crime in Hawaii has sunk to the lowest levels ever recorded - with the attorney general hailing the news as a boost for both tourists and residents. A new report shows crime in the Aloha State is at its lowest rate since records began in 1975. Crime across the board is down, with both categories - violent and property - declining.
