2022 IAATI Annual General Meeting

President Paul Thomas is pleased to invite all current members of the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators to attend the Annual General Meeting, which is being held both virtually and in person on Monday, August 1, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm Central Time.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at The Westin O’Hare, 6100 North River Rd., Rosemont, IL. (USA) 60018, in the Grand Ballroom B/C.
Please be advised that any and all motions or votes requiring a count will be conducted electronically using the polling feature in the video conferencing software.

ALL MEMBERS who wish to attend the AGM, either in person or virtually must register for the AGM via the link on the IAATI website. This is a separate registration process for the Conference registration and there is no cost to attend the AGM.
Even if you are attending the 70th Conference in Rosemont, you still need to register for the AGM via the link on the website. This is to ensure that we have enough seats for our Zoom license.
ALL MEMBERS who wish to attend the AGM will be required to register by July 18, 2022 in order to be provided secure access to the meeting.

Members who FAIL TO REGISTER TO ATTEND THE MEETING within the prescribed time frame WILL NOT be able to attend the Annual General Meeting virtually.
Members who FAIL TO REGISTER TO ATTEND THE MEETING within the prescribed time frame WILL NOT be able to make any motions or vote, whether attending IN PERSON or VIRTUALLY.
ALL MEMBERS attending the AGM (whether present in-person or attending virtually) will be required to have a smart phone / computer / tablet with internet access in order to make motions and/or vote. (WI-FI access will be provided to those members attending the meeting in person.) You are strongly encouraged to ensure that your Zoom software has been updated to the latest version so you can vote in the online polls.
An email will be sent out to all registered AGM attendees in late July with copies of the agenda papers and details of your secure Zoom meeting link and password.
