IAATI's 55th Annual Training Seminar
Companion Program Planned Activities!

The 2007 IAATI Seminar Committee has put together an exciting week of activities for Companions attending this year’s event. Registration is $175.00 for the entire week of activities and we’re certain you’ll enjoy the time of your life!

A following schedule of activities for companions attending the Seminar includes several well-known Arizona destinations. *The order of activities may change slightly depending on final program details.

Monday, August 6, 2007

9:00 AM Guests will depart The Wigwam Resort to travel north approximately 1½ hours to experience a day trip to enjoy the beautiful red-rock scenery of Sedona and the Oak Creek Canyon area (www.sedonachamber.com).
 
11:00 AM 1:00 PM - Shopping and lunch in Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village modeled after the original old city of Tlaquepaque, Mexico, is second to none for its artistic flavor and regional cuisine.
 
1:30 PM 3:30 PM - The group will enjoy a “Broken Arrow” Pink Jeep Tour (www.pinkjeeptours.com), the most talked about off-road adventures in the Southwest. Their award-winning excursions are known as the premier "must-do" tours in Sedona.
 
3:30 PM Depart Sedona, travel back to The Wigwam Resort.
 
8:00 PM (Optional) Poolside Movie Night.

Tuesday, August 7, 2007

9:30 AM – 10:30 AM The group will depart The Wigwam Resort for a private group tour of the Arizona Cardinals Stadium in the neighboring city of Glendale. The Cardinals Stadium (www.azcardinals.com) is the newest NFL Stadium and was host to the 2007 BCS Football Game in January 2007 and will also host Super Bowl XLII in 2008.
 
11:00 AM The group will travel into downtown Phoenix for a tour of The Heard Museum (www.heard.org). Founded in 1929, the world-famous Heard Museum is a must-see Arizona landmark. This is an opportunity to share native traditions that will touch your heart.
 
12:00 PM 3:00 PM - The group will be transported north to the Arizona Biltmore Fashion Park (www.shopbiltmore.com), where they’ll have an opportunity to shop and dine at a large variety of stores and restaurants.
 
3:00 PM 4:00 PM – Happy Hour at The Arizona Biltmore or The Ritz Carlton Lobby Lounge.
 
4:00 PM Depart downtown Phoenix, travel back to The Wigwam Resort.
 
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Arizona Night Event

Wednesday, August 8, 2007

10:00 AM – 3:00 PM The group will depart The Wigwam Resort to enjoy a day of shopping at the Scottsdale Fashion Square (www.fashionsquare.com), recognized as one of the top tourist destinations in Arizona, and the Southwest's distinctive address for premier shopping, dining and entertainment. Scottsdale Fashion Square offers a compelling retail experience in the heart of the country's fastest-growing major metropolitan area. If you’re a shopper, this is a must see attraction! With a choice of dozens of restaurants and café selections available, the group will enjoy lunch on their own to re-fuel for more shopping
 
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM Depart Scottsdale, travel back to The Wigwam Resort.
 
5:00 PM (Optional) Arizona Diamondbacks Game – Chase Field - 6:40 pm.

Thursday, August 9, 2007

10:00 AM The Wigwam Resort Red Door Spa Day (www.wigwamresort.com) – Discounted spa treatments will be offered.
 
1:00 PM Catered lunch and relaxation poolside.
 
6:00 PM IAATI Banquet & Awards Ceremony.

We strongly encourage participants to pre-register for the Companion Program. There MAY be limited availability at on-site registration, however, we cannot guarantee space will be available.
