Instructions for pickup at airports: Shuttle pickup days are Friday 8/1, Saturday 8/2 and Sunday 8/3, hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, unless other arrangements are made.

Burbank Airport:
Go to terminal "A" baggage claim area and look for the IAATI welcome booth.

LAX Airport:
When you arrive, pickup your baggage, exit the terminal (not the airport), go out to the street, look for and stand under the blue sign, on the ground level of the airport, take the free LAX shuttle to Lot "C". Exit the shuttle at the first Lot "C" stop and look for the IAATI welcome booth.
