The purpose of the Ethics Code is to establish ethical guidelines of conduct for all organizational members by setting forth those acts or actions that are compatible with the best interest of the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators and its members. It is also responsible for the monitoring and investigation of any potential or actual violation of the Ethics Code. To ensure there are no conflicts of interest the composition of the Ethics Committee will be appointed by the President upon receipt of any compliant. A complaint can be lodged to any officer of the International Board.
